Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• GCC (including Oman): $6.99 — estimated 5–8 business days
• United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe: $9.99 — estimated 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: $9.99 — estimated 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Occasional delays may occur due to customs or carrier handling.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Golden Rose Trade Store is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
